Shipping Policy

When will I receive my order?

It usually takes us 2 days to process your order and upto another 7-10 days to deliver your order to your domestic address. Deliveries within Mumbai might be completed within 2-3 days of the order being placed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship internationally.

How much does shipping cost?

Since every product has different dimensions and weight, actual shipping charges can be found while ordering the product.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refund is applicable only when the item is returned to us and is not repairable or not replaceable.
Defective items due to manufacturing errors have full 100% refund of invoice when returned within 10 days of delivery.
There is no refund for used products beyond the stipulated 10 day return period.
Refund will be issued within 7-10 working days after receiving the item(s), as our technical support needs time to check the device for fault.
Money will be returned to the buyer in same mode of transaction as their purchase within 1-7 working days after processing the request.

When can I can cancel my order?

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of booking or before the product is shipped receive 100% refund.
In case you want to cancel the order after the product is shipped, then you need to ship the product back to us unboxed at your own expense to receive the 100% refund of the order value.
